In contrast to other albums of guitar virtuosos "Famous People" consists of various genres like downbeat, ambient, soundtrack, folk, pop and even progressive rock. Although most songs are instrumentals, the album features two vocal tracks (#1 and #5).

Of course guitars play an important role on all tracks, but the music of Guenter Haas - a passionate composer all his life - offers deep emotions, tension and maybe a secret door to a different, unknown world.

All songs are composed between 2016 and 2019.

About the artist:

Guenter Haas is a well-known guitarist, composer and producer located in Hamburg (Germany). He played countless studio-sessions for national and international artists like Udo Lindenberg, Sarah Brightman, Gregorian, Cyndi Lauper, Madonna, Earth, Wind & Fire and many more. Since the mid nineties he toured with Gregorian and other artists almost all around the world. His work as a composer and producer includes bands and artists from rock and pop to r'n'b, hip hop and dance music.

2013 Guenter Haas released his first solo-album "Tales Of A Broken Planet", now the journey continues with "Famous People".
